UltimateCoupons.com, LLC, located in Rockland County, New York, was created in 1999 to help people save time and money while shopping online. The site, known as WebBuyingGuide.com until mid-2001, was founded by Jeffrey A. Grossman, a Cornell University MBA with extensive Internet experience and Andrew Kardon, a well-established writer and editor who also has extensive Internet experience, having worked as a product manager for both iWon.com and Excite.com. Mr. Grossman previously created a popular financial website in 1995 which later became part of a publicly traded Internet company.
