Where to Go on Your Birthday for Freebies
Congratulations, it’s your birthday! Wouldn’t it be nice if you could get a free meal at a local restaurant? Chance are, you can, but most places require that you sign up ahead of time. So what if you don’t have Internet access or simply don’t want to spend the time to sign up for hundreds of email offers? You’re still in luck! There are still some places that offer birthday freebies just by showing up and presenting a valid ID. So print up this list and take a drive around town to grab your free goodies!
Chompie’s – Get a free breakfast on your birthday when you present ID. No sign up required. Meal includes two eggs, home fries and toast, English muffin or bagel.
Denny’s – Get the restaurant’s signature dish – The Grand Slam – when you show ID. This breakfast includes two pancakes, two eggs, two pieces of bacon and two sausages. This offer is good for kids, too. They can choose from a regular Grand Slam or a junior version.
Firehouse Subs – Get a free medium sub on your birthday. All you need to do is show your ID.
Rubio’s – Swing by and get a free meal on your birthday.
Applebee's – Get a free birthday dessert.
Bakers Square – Celebrate with a slice of pie, free of charge.

Cattleman’s – Not only do you get a free dessert, but you get a free cowboy hat as well!
Chevy’s – Same as Cattleman’s, except the free hat consists of a sombrero.
Chick-Fil-A – This varies by location, but many chains offer a free milkshake on your birthday when you present ID.
Hard Rock Café – Free dessert on your birthday.
Hometown Buffet – Get free birthday cake.
Krispy Kreme – Birthday freebies vary by location. What you get is at the manager’s discretion. Some lucky people have received an entire dozen of donuts for free, while others may get one free donut or coffee.
PF Chang’s – Get a free slice of cheesecake or birthday cake on your special day.
Romano's Macaroni Grill – Celebrate with a free birthday dessert.
Joe’s Farm Grill – Your meal won’t be totally free, but you’ll get $10 off if you dine in and show ID on your birthday. You’ll get a free dessert if your meal is takeout.
Marie Callender’s – Again, you won’t get a free meal, but it will be discounted. Get $5 off an entrée and a free slice of pie.
As you can see, there are dozens of places that offer free food on your birthday – all you have to do is show up with your ID. Note that these offers may change at any time, so you might want to call ahead first. Plus, there are likely many other restaurants not on this list that offer birthday freebies; don’t be afraid to ask.
So head out on your birthday and get your breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts paid for. It’s your day; you deserve it!
