Blogs for Education

A blog is a website that is usually run by a single person who creates daily or weekly posts of event descriptions, opinion columns or other media such as videos or graphics. All entries are archived by month and appear with the newest entries at the top.

Blogs can be a very creative and useful tool in schools with teachers encouraging their students to interact with one another and share ideas through the use of blog comments. This communication space can also be utilized by other teachers and can become a mecca of knowledge sharing.
