The story of Rollersnakes proves the old adage -- when you want something done right, sometimes you have to do it yourself. Owner and founder of Rollersnakes, Paul Haynes, lamented the lack of a local skate resources in the town where he lived. In other words, there was no place where he and his skater buds could refresh their stock of boards, helmets, wheels, and all things skate. So he opened his own shop, and Rollersnakes was born in Derby, England. Another followed in Leicester. And then another in Nottingham. Today, Rollersnakes carries the fashions and brands that reflect the skater lifestyle. The company stocks men's, women's, and kids' footwear like Adidas stonewash sneakers, as well as a complete line of skater apparel, swimwear, boards, equipment and even skates, from heelys to inline. And these items aren't represented by run-of-the-mill brands, either. Aside from Adidas, shoppers can nab creations by Nike, Heathen Doom, DC Rebel Crew, Carhartt Tramp and more. Naturally, it's also the place to get some serious board. With funky designs featuring Darth Vader, Aquaman, the Joker, and Pop Art, skaters will skate onto the scene with style. With style, indeed! Rollersnakes. It's the place where old adages meet skateboard cool.
