Occasionally, customers may need to return an item purchased from the Victoria’s Secret store. They make every effort to ensure their customers are satisfied with their purchases, and when that’s not the case, they offer a generous return policy. No sale is ever final.

Return Policy

• Any item(s) returned within ninety days of the purchase date can be credited for the full amount, in the same format as the original purchase price.
• Any item(s) returned after ninety days from the purchase date will receive a credit  for Victoria’s Secret Store merchandise, in an amount equal to the original purchase price.

Please Note

• Items purchased from Victoria’s Secret catalog, or from victoriassecret.com, cannot be returned in Victoria’s Secret stores.
• They are unable to refund shipping and handling charges.
• The company will issue your credit immediately upon receipt and processing of your return.
• In the case of a credit card purchase and return, they will credit your credit card directly; allow up to two billing cycles.
• Policies for promotional offers may be subject to a reduction by return/exchange or cancellation.
