Your online purchases made at Victoriassecret.com cannot be returned to a victoria's secret store. They must be mailed in. There are several steps to follow, and there are important details to keep in mind before you return a purchase.
Time frame
Purchases made at Victoria's Secret are never final. If a consumer is dissatisfied, a return made within 90 days of purchase will result in the credit made in the original purchase form. Purchases returned after 90 days will result in a store credit.
Step 1
In the original packaging, a Return and Exchange form was included. You will need to find that. If it has been misplaced, one can be downloaded from www.victoriassecret.com.
Step 2
Fill out the portion of the form devoted to returns. Make sure it is filled out completely and properly. You will also indicate, here, if you want a refund or an exchange.
Step 3
With the original packing materials, a return label was provided. Once you have packaged and sealed your victoria's secret clothing return, simply affix this label to the package. Note: Make sure to remove the original shipping label.
Step 4
Take the package to a UPS drop-off location or give it to a UPS driver.

- Only returns from within the US can use the provided label.
- When the package is received, a $5.99 return fee will be assessed.
- Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on credit card statements.
