Deciding Where to Shop

Depending on where you make your purchases you can earn points rapidly or gradually. In general, every time a purchase is made with the rewards mastercard one point is earned per every dollar spent. Therefore, if a customer makes a purchase amounting to fourteen dollars and sixteen cents- fourteen points will be earned from that transaction. For more rapid point accumulation however, the rewards mastercard can be used at Carter’s and OshKosh retail stores to obtain three points per every dollar spent.

The same purchase amount mentioned earlier would gain a customer forty-two reward points instead of just fourteen reward points. The ultimate goal is of course to be able to redeem points, and the way the card is used for purchases is a big deciding factor concerning how fast, or if even at all, reward points will be available for use.

Know the Facts, Terms and Conditions

There is a limit to how many reward points you can acquire with this card. Within a calendar year the limit for customers to earn points is sixty thousand reward points annually. Cardholders have opportunities to redeem points, but it should be noted that redeeming does not take away from an accumulated annual amount of points. It is advised that cardholders concerned about the limit make note of the points they have earned by viewing their rewards mastercard monthly statements; point accumulations are noted accordingly on every billing statement.
