Lids is an online and physical store that provides to you all different types of styles and brands of hats. You can find hats for men, women and children for any occasion. You can find most Lid locations in malls and strip malls. Due to the merchandise, the return policy at Lids is strict. More refund information is provided below.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item that has had custom work done to it, it will have to go through a prior authorization process. For refund information you are provided with a phone number.

All items need to be returned within thirty days with a receipt in order to get a refund that is not store credit. Items that are returned without a receipt or after thirty days will be given store credit in the form of a gift card. Any items that are returned after ninety day will not be accepted.

You cannot return an item that has been worn or washed. All items must be in new condition.
All sales are final on clearance items.

Exchange Policy

The exchange policy states that you may not be able to get the product that you want immediately with an exchange. It is sometimes best to simply return your product and purchase the desired product after the return has gone through.
