What is the Return Policy at Kmart

Kmart offers a 90 day return policy and offers a money back guarantee or store credit for the items you are not happy with. You simply need to return the item or items in the original packing (along with the packing slip and email confirmation from Kmart.com), and your return will be processed within 30 days upon receipt.

If you need to make a return that is past the 90 day return policy, you can contact customer service by phone at (866) 562-7848 or by email at help@customerservice.kmart.com. If you have purchased large or perishable items or received damaged or wrong shipments, you will need to contact customer service for information on how to return.

You will receive your refund in the same form of payment that you made at the time of purchase (that is equal to the unit price of the item at the time of the sale). You cannot return items that are personalized, autographed collectibles or any opened products such as, CD’s, CD-Roms, DVD’s, videos or computer games, or other computer software.  You can return your items either by mail or return them directly to a Kmart store near you for your refund. Shipping is not included as part of the refund unless you have received damaged or wrong shipments.
