What are Kmart's Shipping Options

Your shipping options from Kmart include USPS, UPS or special freight, depending on the items you purchase. USPS is normally only used to ship items such as gift cards, which are sent with free shipping or orders that are being delivered to APO/FPO addresses. The standard delivery time is shown on the chart online, and it should be noted that deliveries to military addresses can take up to 4 to 6 weeks longer than standard deliveries.

UPS is the main delivery method used by Kmart, unless the items that are purchased exceed the 150 pound weight limit (then it will need to be shipped by special freight). You can have your items shipped with a rush delivery for an additional fee either through USPS or UPS.

Shipping Options Explained

  • USPS: ships to all 50 states and Puerto Rico and used for all orders to APO/FPO addresses.
  • UPS: Ships to all 50 states for orders that do not exceed the 150 lb limit.
  • Freight Carrier Delivery: Ships to the lower 48 States for items that are above the 150 lb limit or over sized. Certain remote areas cannot accept freight delivery, and someone over the age of 18 will need to be there to sign for the package when it is delivered.
