Return Policy

Hobbytron’s merchandise return policy states that if an item is defective, then you will have thirty days to return it before it is no longer covered in the warranty. Any items that you wish to return are refundable, as long as they have not been damaged or opened, and it is within thirty days. The return policy states that you must have a valid receipt for returns as well.

Exchange Policy

The exchange policy states that you may exchange an item as long as it has not been opened or damaged in any way. Even for items you wish to exchange, you will need to provide a return authorization number. All exchanges must be made within thirty days of the receipt of purchase. A copy of the original invoice with your name, e mail, address, phone number, as well as the items that you would like to receive in exchange for what you are returning is necessary.
