What Is the Return Policy at Hancock Fabrics?

Hancock Fabrics wants the customers to be satisfied completely with their merchandise and purchases. They offer a 60 day Return Policy that is part of their money back guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your order, be sure to return it within 60 days for a complete refund of the entire price of the product. All returns must be accompanied with an invoice or receipt and must still be in original packaging.

There are some exceptions to this policy. If fabric has been cut by a customer or is less than 1 yard, it is not refundable. Grab bags are not refundable, and neither are opened software or DVD’s. Opened software and DVD’s can, however, be exchanged for identical items.

If you receive an item that was shipped to you in error, Hancock will provide a free shipping return label so you don’t have to pay to return the item.  For items that are damaged, defective or ruined in shipping, you will be refunded the shipping costs. If a store credit cannot be refunded to your credit card, you will be issued a store credit in return.  If you need any further assistance, you can call Hancock Fabrics at 1-877-322-7427 Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5pm Central time.
