What is the Online Return Policy at Express?

Express’ return policy states that the store will accept returns by mail or in their store locations within 90 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping, but Express will pay for the shipping on items being returned to you for exchanges. Here is the Online Return Policy at Express:

Express provide easy returns online to the customers. Merchandise returns  with the original receipt will be refunded in the form of original payment within 90 days of receipt. A store credit will be given for returns by means of a gift receipt; a gift card will be issued for online purchases that used an alternative form of payment such as PayPal or BillMeLater. Without an original receipt, they will issue a store credit for the amount in which the item is currently or last sold for. A valid picture ID is required for any exchange that is without receipt or original invoice.

Exchange

All Express special occasion dresses are delivered with an attached dress tags. Once the tag has been removed, the dress may not be returned or exchanged. The exchange policy at Express is quite good. If you would like to exchange or return the item you purchased, just send the original packaging and unworn item to their exchange department. To exchange item, just fill out the return form enclosed with your package, and mail your merchandise to their warehouse along with the form.
