Eastbay has a generous return policy. They want to be sure that all orders are received and satisfactory. If you are ever unhappy with an order, just follow these simple guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Returns
Eastbay will accept returns for up to one year from the original purchase date. If you send in a return within 90 days of purchase, you will receive a refund for the items, excluding shipping and handling, to your original payment method. Returns made beyond the 90 day period will receive a store credit in the form of a gift card. You can also choose to have a refund made via gift card prior to the 90 day period as well.

Exchanges
The exchange policy is pretty easy as well. An exchange can be processed for up to 90 days as long as the item is in stock. Call customer service to get a return authorization, and this way you won't have to pay for shipping costs. The new item will be shipped out free of charge as soon as the exchanged item is received by the warehouse. If the item is no longer available, you will receive a refund, including the shipping costs, as soon as the item is received.
