The Discovery Store Return Policy

The Discovery Store has an easy-to-follow guide for returning items. Here's what you should know about its return policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee
The Discovery Store offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. This means if you are ever unhappy with a purchase you are welcome to return it. The return policy does exclude some items from this. Customized items (unless they are defective), CD's and DVD's that have been opened are all excluded from this return policy.

Return Shipping
If you need to return an item to Discover Store, you are responsible for the return shipping and handling. The credited refund amount will not include the original shipping charges. Large items may be subject to a restocking fee. You can find out if your item will include this by contacting the customer service center.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, you will need to fill out the form included with your original invoice. Return shipping will still be your responsibility, but you won't be charged for the item to be reshipped to you. An exchange can take up to two weeks, but this can vary depending on the item. If the item needing to be exchanged is not in stock you may receive a refund instead.
