CVS Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
The non-prescription items sold at CVS have a 30 day return policy. Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt to the store or by mail if they meet the following guidelines:
- Store returns must be unopened, unaltered or unused in anyway
- Damaged or defective items will receive a full refund with proof of receipt
In order to return by mail, the customer must call 888-607-4287 to receive processing instructions. The customer support agent will give you the instructions needed for mailing in your return, and explain how to receive either a full refund or store credit.
Prescription items purchased online may not be returned at the store level due to legal restrictions. Call 888-607-4287 for questions and for guidelines on returning a prescription ordered online that may have been a wrong order, incorrect amount or other prescriptions that were not needed.
