You can reap great benefits by enrolling in the CVS customer rewards program.

Enrolling

Go to your nearest CVS pharmacy and fill out the application. Your card will be issued to you immediately and you can start to earn rewards.

Rewards

The rewards are Extra Care Bucks (ECB) that are issued to you at the register when you make a purchase. ECB can be used for any purchase at CVS. They really are like extra bucks for you to spend.

Earning ECB

There are three ways to earn ECB. First, you earn a 2% rebate of your total CVS purchases, either in the store or online. Second, you earn 1 ECB for every two prescriptions purchased. These two types of ECB are issued to you quarterly. Third, there are special purchases each week that qualify for ECB, for example 2 ECB when you purchase a particular cosmetic. This type of ECB is issued immediately when you make your purchase.

Other Savings

Your CVS customer reward program also gives you extra discounts in the store and online for weekly specials. You can enroll your card with Upromise and earn cash for college savings. Cardholders also receive periodic emails with special offers and more coupons, for example a specific dollar amount off your next purchase.
