If you have made a purchase through your membership benefits, such as a 50% off title, the appropriate adjustments will be made on any refund. If there are an excessive number of returns made, you can be subject to having your membership cancelled or orders being held.

If you receive titles from a pre-selected group during your membership, you are not penalized for any returns. You will be given ten days to return the unopened item for a full refund on the invoice.
