How to Return Coldwater Creek Online Purchases

At Coldwater Creek, there are two ways to return any online purchases (coldwater creek clothing, home or any others purchased online), for any reason and at any time: by mail or at one of the stores.

At a Coldwater Creek Store

In order to get the refund as quickly as possible, the customer must bring the original sales receipt or packing slip. If the customer does not have any of the two, Coldwater Creek can issue a store credit for the selling price of the returned merchandise.

Postal Service (by Mail)

In order to return by mail, the customer has to use the pre-addressed, pre-paid mailing label. The items must be packed in the original packaging together with the packing slip containing the name and address of the customer and with the pre-paid return label attached.

In case that the customer no longer has the receipt or packing slip, he/she should include in the package a note with the name and address.

If the item returned was a gift, the package should contain a note with the name and address of the person who purchased and sent the gift.

The returns of items are accepted by Coldwater Creek, within 30 days of the original purchase
