Bluefly has several options for returns on your purchase. If you have an account with Bluefly, log in to your account and find the “order status” section. Choose “return an item” and follow the instructions provided. If you don’t have an account, simply find the “order status” button which is conveniently located at the bottom of every page and click it. Enter the information required and then click “return item”. Bluefly’s return policy states they accept any unused items in original condition and packaging within 60 days of item’s purchase. All apparel and designer items must have all original tags attached.

If you opt for a credit card refund a small fee is charged for processing. This can be avoided by choosing to receive store credit instead. Because they carry a limited quantity of items they do not offer exchanges. They do offer free return shipping for your refunds when you use their pre-paid UPS domestic label for postage.

Refunds for fine jewelry items differ in that you may return the item within 30 days and need a specific return authorization number in order to complete the transaction. A credit card refund is generally processed and issued within 10 business days of their receipt of your item.
