Returning Items Bought in Barnes & Noble.com

Your online purchases like Books, DVDs and CDs (in their original packaging), and Toys & Games can be returned within 14 days of the date that you received your order. These items should be in its original package and mailed to the Returns Department of Barnes & Noble. Items like Video game can be return to Game Stop within 30 days.

Items like eBooks, magazines, downloadable PDFs for SparkNotes and Quamut products, Gift cards and shrink-wrapped items that have been opened cannot be return. Once they are purchased they can’t be refunded. Also bulk orders of 50 or more are non-returnable. And shipping charges are non refundable too.
