To provide quality customer service they offer a merchandise return policy for unwanted items purchased.

Return Policy

Items purchased online at Baby Universe can be returned within the first 30 days after purchase. Unwanted merchandise needs to be returned in its unopened or original packaging and sent to the Baby Universe Return Center. Baby Universe does not cover shipping charges on returned items except in the event of a damage or mistake in the order.

Refund

Unwanted items that are returned to Baby Universe receive a full refund except for shipping, gift wrap, or other additional charges. The refund will be issued in whatever manner the original payment was received. If returning a gift you were given, the refund will be issued to whoever paid for the merchandise originally.
