Avenue Shipping Policy: Easy Overview

Avenue's shipping policies and procedures are easy and hassle free.  The payment options are very convenient, you can use your Jessica London credit card, a Jessica London gift card or gift certificate, The Redcats USA Family of Brands' credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Free shipping is offered in certain circumstances.  When shipping and handling costs are applied they are always reasonably priced, and based on your merchandise total.  Express and standard rates are available. 

Shipping and Handling Methods and Delivery Times
Standard delivery arrives in approximately 10 business days, Express delivery arrives in approximately 3-4 business days, and Superfast delivery can be expected to arrive in approximately 2 business days.  International orders are not shipped, shipping is only provided for US possessions. 

Track Delivery
Order tracking is easy simply visit avenue.com, click the shipping and handling link, then scroll to track delivery.  Here you will find a link to view up to the minute delivery details.  There is also a link for your to track your returns.

Using a PO Box as a Shipping Address
You are encouraged to use a street address as your ship to address.  We will send your order to a P.O. Box via USPS, however tracking information may not be available. 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
You can send a gift to one address and have the rest of your order shipped to you.
