They boast having a “hassle free” return policy for customers. The first thing you need to do is complete a form which will give you an RA (return authorization) number. After completion of the form, your RA number along with shipping instructions for returning your item will then be e-mailed to you in approximately 2 -3 days.

All returned items must be repackaged properly. Some charges are not reimbursed such as the freight charge, and a restocking fee of 20 percent is charged on all returns that were not due to an error on the part of the company.
