Alibris wants all of its customers to be satisfied with their orders. Therefore, they guarantee each and every item they sell on their website and offer clients a 60 day return policy. Anything received after that time is thrown away and you won’t get a refund.

How do you return an item?

How long until you get your refund?

Once Alibris receives the item and processes the return, you will get an email explaining your refund information. All refunds are paid back in the form of payment you used in the original order. It usually takes two to three weeks from the time they get the item back in their warehouse.
