What Is the Return Policy at Aerosoles?

Aerosoles offers shoes in colors and designs to fit anyone’s tastes or requirements.  But if the shoes you buy turn out not to match the outfit you bought them for as well as you imagined, Aerosole’s return policy will fit your needs too.

Each order is shipped with return form, and it is available online for purchases made in a store.  To return merchandise, simply fill out the form, package the shoes according to the shipping directions, and send the package back through the US Postal Service.  Within 14 days Aerosole will refund or credit to your account the purchase price plus any taxes.  Return shipping is not reimbursed.

The exchange policy at Aerosoles is very convenient.  To exchange merchandise, simply call the 800 number, give the model number of what you plan to return, tell the customer service representative what you want to exchange the merchandise for, and the replacement merchandise will be shipped out right away.  Once the merchandise you send back reaches the warehouse your account is credited and the transaction is complete.

Items returned or exchanged can be sent using one of Aerosole’s smart labels.  The cost of a single item return is only $7.25, and this cost is deducted from the exchange or return value.  You may also choose to use another delivery service, if the USPS is not convenient.  In that case simply package and return the item with the carrier of your choice and do not use the smart label.
