What Is the Shipping Policy at Ace Hardware?

There are different shipping methods to choose from at Ace Hardware depending on where you live and the type of items purchased. Each shipping method has different charges and restrictions that apply. Please follow the shipping information below for the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Items shipped Standard Ground Service

#1 If you are shipping to or from Alaska or Hawaii delivery usually takes 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday, except Federal Holidays) and is Standard Ground service.

#2 If you are shipping to or from any other 48 states delivery usually takes 3-8 business days (Monday-Friday, except Federal Holidays)

*Please note all gift cards ordered are shipped separately. Please allow 6-10 business days for shipping.

Items shipped to Store

For items being shipped to the store in Alaska and Hawaii please allow 15-35 business days for you item to arrive. For items in the remaining 48 States please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive.

When you are ready for checkout you will be asked for you shipping method of choice, please note that that some items only have one shipping option available. Shipping costs may vary on the item(s) ordered and shipping method chosen. All taxes and shipping costs will be calculated upon completion of you order during checkout.
