If you were to describe Universal Orlando, you might call it a theme park filled with theme parks, although it’s so much more than that. Where else can stroll through Diagon Alley and experience the world of Harry Potter? Can you say chocolate frogs and magic wands? Mmm! Or maybe you’d like to rock out to some live music at Universal CityWalk or catch an evening’s worth of entertainment ala The Blue Man Group. “But wait,” you say. You need a little more excitement. Then go hang out with Spidey on the Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man attraction or find your screaming voice on the Incredible Hulk Coaster. After that, unwind with some dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, or the Leaky Caldron. Once that’s done, plan on perusing one of the many shops on site. You can’t really leave Universal Orlando without a souvenir or two. So go nab a Quidditch shirt or get a graphic novel at the Comic Book Shop. Finally, end your day at one of Universal Orlando’s on-site hotels like Loews Royal Pacific Resort or the Cabana Bay Beach Resort. After all, what’s the fun of visiting a theme park filled with theme parks if you can’t just roll out of bed and head directly into a new day of fabulous food and crazy fun? Mmm, indeed!
