Starring four amazing leading ladies, and filled with all the glitz, glamour, cosmopolitans, Manolo Blahniks and Jimmy Choos a girl could ask for, Sex and the City won the hearts of millions of women (and a few gay men) all over the world. Not even a recession that was likened to the Great Depression could destroy our love for this sometimes over the top television series and the two subsequent movies that had us flocking to movie theaters all over the globe.
