Ask a layperson what makes a great athlete and they'll talk about practice, strength training and a certain natural ability. Those in the know, however, answer that it's all about the shoes. For over 20 years, Ringor has been supplying footwear to men, women and children who play fastpitch softball. Ringer was founded in 1983 by Frederick H. Ihlenburg. In order to create the best and safest designs possible, Ihlenburg went right to the source - the athletes. After interviewing and working with athletes from around the country, Ihlenburg introduced shoes that were specifically designed to protect the player by helping to reduce bone bruising. Today, Ringor continues to solicit feedback from the athletes. This allows them to continue to design and offer footwear that support an athlete's high-speed moves while simultaneously helping to reduce injuries. Several of Ringor's models have even earned the prestigious APMA Seal of Acceptance. With Ringor, players can play hard while playing safe.
