Keep in mind that coupon codes are sometimes case-sensitive. If a Intuit coupon doesn't work, try it again in all capital or lowercase letters. Also, the number 0 and the letter O can look very similar, as can the number 1 and the lowercase letter l. With some fonts, they may look exactly the same.
