Knott’s Berry Farm is one of California’s must-see amusement parks. Believe it or not, it all started in 1920 when the original owners moved to Buena Park, California. Their trademark? Naming the “boysenberry.” They started out with 10 acres of land and nearly 100 years later, it’s evolved into the Knott’s Berry Farm we know today. The first attraction launched in 1940, but today you’ll find dozens of rides, shows and attractions located in five themed areas of the park. Ride the Xcelerator which launches riders 82 miles per hour in less than three seconds or visit Camp Snoopy if you have little ones. But no matter what, be sure to grab a slice of boysenberry pie and enjoy the park’s famous chicken dinner. As they say, “fun is always in season at Knott’s Berry Farm!”
