The GapCard can only be used at the Gap or Gap.com. Gap Visa can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. Where To Shop

Be sure to check out Gap.com for sale and clearance items. Coupons with savings of 10 to 35% can often be found on the Gap.com homepage. Coupons are usually good for between one and three days.

When To Shop

You can save a ton of money by shopping out-of-season on Gap.com. When Gap receives their items for the upcoming season, they start marking down the items from the current season's collection. Mid-season discounts are between 10 and 20%. Out-of-season items can be up to 50% off of retail prices. If an item doesn't have huge savings ( i.e. 15% vs 60%), Gap likely has a lot of that item in stock. If you are looking for a deeper discount, add the item to your shopping cart and click "save for later". This will let you keep an eye on the item, without buying it right away. Be sure to check your cart often. Items sell out quickly and until you click "buy now", the item is not yours.
