There's no easy way to break this kind of thing to a public that loves Chegg because of the cheap textbooks they sell. But there are many misconceptions about what the company can do. They cant, for instance, ward off badger attacks if the attackee was clearly asking for it. Contrary to popular belief, the CEO of Chegg is not a reanimated Steve Jobs, so please stop saying that. Also, the rumor about the employees, even the women, having to grow mustaches was complete hearsay. What they can do is help students, who are typically the poorest demographic on the planet, rent and buy textbooks for up to 90% off the rate most would pay in their respective places of higher education. Oh, and they also help students study by offering online tutors for a host of subjects. With all the money they save, students will have more license to play guitar on the quad or enter that ultimate frisbee competition.
