OFFICIAL RULES
1) ENTRY: There is no purchase necessary to be eligible for this sweepstakes. The promotional period for the $500 Cash sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 1, 2003 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2003. The promotional period for the $100 Gift Certificate sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 1, 2003 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2003. The promotional period for the $50 Dinner Gift Certificate sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 16, 2003 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 30, 2003. To enter any of the sweepstakes, you need only to access the UltimateCoupons.com web site at www.ultimatecoupons.com/contest3.htm, enter your first name, last name, and valid e-mail address, and press the submit button. There is a limit of one entry per person per day. You may enter only ONE of the sweepstakes per day. If you enter a sweepstakes more than once per day, only your first entry will be valid. If you enter more than one of the sweepstakes in one day, all of your entries for that day may be disqualified. A day is defined as 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
If you need to correct information in your entry, or want to verify that your entry was received, please send e-mail to sweepstakes@UltimateCoupons.com. No responsibility is assumed by UltimateCoupons.com, LLC for any technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries with false names are void. You must use a valid e-mail address or we will not be able to contact you if you win. Entries must be submitted by the contestant. Automated entries by parties will be disqualified. All entries become the property of UltimateCoupons.com, LLC when submitted. UltimateCoupons.com, LLC has the right to disqualify any entries that appear to violate any rules of this sweepstakes. UltimateCoupons.com, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by UltimateCoupons.com, LLC, in its sole discretion.
2) WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected in random drawings within 30 days after the end of each sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Winners must respond to UltimateCoupons.com's e-mail within 14 days and provide the required information. (Such as your address, so we can send you the prize!) The return of any prize notification e-mail as undeliverable may result in the disqualification of that entrant and the selection of an alternate winner at the discretion of UltimateCoupons.com, LLC. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and return it within 14 days of receipt from UltimateCoupons.com, LLC. The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. All prize drawings will be conducted by UltimateCoupons.com, LLC. In most cases, prizes will be mailed within one month of receipt of all required information from each winner. However, certain merchandise prizes may take longer depending on the availability of the prize.
3) PRIZES: The prize in the $500 Cash Sweepstakes is $500 awarded to one winner. The prize in the $100 Gift Certificate Sweepstakes is a $100 gift certificate awarded to one winner. Winner may select a $100 gift certificate from a selection of almost any store which sells gift certificates over the Internet. The prize in the $50 Dinner Gift Certificate Sweepstakes is a $50 gift certificate for nearly any restaurant that sells gift certificates over the Internet All cash prizes will be in the form of a check, money order, or the equivalent, made payable to the names on the winning entries. Limit one prize per household or family or address during each semi-monthly sweepstakes period.
4) ELIGIBILITY: This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void to Puerto Rico residents. Void in the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military installations located in a foreign country. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees (and their family members) of UltimateCoupons.com, LLC. are not eligible.
5) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Sweepstakes entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the UltimateCoupons.com, LLC judges which are final on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any and all fees, taxes and surcharges on or associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s). Winners will be notified within seven (7) days after drawing date. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this sweepstakes not addressed in the Official Rules or privacy policy, please direct your e-mail to sweepstakes@UltimateCoupons.com. All entrants grant to UltimateCoupons.com, LLC the right to use and publish their proper name, city and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the sweepstakes. The use of winner's name after receipt of prize for purposes of advertisement and promotion is done so without further compensation from UltimateCoupons.com, LLC unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless UltimateCoupons.com, LLC and its owners, employees, prize suppliers and agents from any and all injuries, loss, damage or liability of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize won. Restrictions, conditions and limitations apply. UltimateCoupons.com, LLC will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner's possession.
6) GENERAL CONDUCT: By entering this sweepstakes, you agree to be bound and abide by these Official Rules and our privacy policy.
7) INTERNET: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. The sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by sponsors on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
