Moore Action Collectibles, Inc.(tm) 2001 Clayburn Moore. OFFICIAL RULES 1) ENTRY: There is no purchase necessary to be eligible for this contest. The contest begins at 12:01 AM ET on February 21, 2001 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 31, 2001. To enter the contest, please answer the two survey questions, enter your name and e-mail address, and press the submit button. There is a limit of one entry per person. If you enter more than once, only your first entry will be valid. If you need to correct information in your entry, or want to verify that your entry was received, please send e-mail to contest@webbuyingguide.com. No responsibility is assumed by WebBuyingGuide.com for any technical malfunctions that may occur. Entries with false names are void. You must use a valid e-mail address or we will not be able to contact you if you win. Entries must be submitted by the contestant. Automated entries by parties will be disqualified. All entries become the property of WebBuyingGuide.com when submitted. WebBuyingGuide.com has the right to disqualify any entries that appear to violate any of the rules of this contest. WebBuyingGuide.com reserves the right to disqualify any winner, as determined by WebBuyingGuide.com, in its sole discretion. 2) WINNER SELECTION: Four winners will be selected in random drawings within 30 days after the end of the contest. Winners will be notified via e-mail. Winners must respond to WebBuyingGuide.com's e-mail within 14 days and provide the required information. (Such as your address, so we can send you the prize!) The return of any prize notification e-mail as undeliverable may result in the disqualification of that entrant and the selection of an alternate winner at the discretion of WebBuyingGuide.com. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release and return it within 14 days of receipt from WebBuyingGuide.com. The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received. All prize drawings will be conducted by WebBuyingGuide.com. Prizes will be shipped after they are released by Moore Action Collectibles, currently estimated to be late March/early April 2001. 3) PRIZES: The first three (3) randomly selected winners will receive a four figure set of the soon-to-be-released Futurama action figures from Moore Action Collectibles. The set of 6-inch figures includes Fry, Leela, Bender, and the Planet Express Ship. (Approximate retail value: $51.80) The fourth randomly selected winner will receive an extra-large (eight inch) version of Nibbler. (Approximate retail value: $19.95) Prizes will be delivered by USPS or UPS. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that WebBuyingGuide.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize is unavailable. Limit one prize per household or family or address. 4) ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of entry. Children under the age of 13 may have a parent/guardian enter for them. Void to Puerto Rico residents. Void in the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. military installations located in a foreign country. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees (and their family members) of WebBuyingGuide.com, Moore Action Collectibles, and any affiliated companies are not eligible for this contest. 5) GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the WebBuyingGuide.com judges which are final on all matters pertaining to this contest. This contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Any and all fees, taxes and surcharges on or associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s). Winners will be notified within seven (7) days after drawing date.
