The latest craze for your Kindle: video games.
I've got a Kindle, but I only use it to read books. I rarely even use its web browser. But there is an increasing variety of games for the Kindle--paid apps as well as free ones. And reviewers state that these games are quite well-done. As of this writing, there are 3 games in the top 10 paid Kindle downloads, and several free games available as well. All this for a monochrome device with a 6-inch screen.
At this point, I prefer to keep my Kindle a reading-only device. Not that I'm averse to multitasking (I'm a mom; multitasking is what I do), but I think I'd be too tempted by the availability of puzzles on my Kindle. There's already not enough time in the day to do all the reading I want to do! I think I'll keep my gaming life separate from my reading life.
