Among my Christmas presents this year, I got several giant candy bars.  (Delicious!)  Naturally, I decided to save the best for last, so I began eating them in this order:

Mr. Goodbar
Hershey's plain
Hershey's Symphony with almonds and toffee
Hershey's with almonds

There were only two sections left of the Mr. Goodbar, and they were sitting in the wrapper on top of my desk.  Miss Freshman walked into the room, ravenous after track practice.

"If that Mr. Goodbar had been mine, it would be long gone by now," she observed.

"I didn't know you liked it that much or I'd have given it to you!  You can have what's left of it.  I broke it into sections; I didn’t bite it," I told her.

"I wouldn't mind if you bit it," she replied through a mouthful of peanuts and chocolate, nodding over at her eight-year-old brother.  "At least I know that you brush your teeth."
