How many tech devices do you carry around on a typical day? If I were to dump out my purse, you'd find (among the lip balm and tissues and Swiss Army knife and Altoids) my Windows Mobile phone, iPod touch and Kindle. 
It's a good thing I have a purse to carry all this stuff around with me.
Men are not so lucky, which is probably part of the reason my husband resists carrying that BlackBerry. How do guys keep track of their keys, wallet, phone, and other tech devices?
A suit jacket will only give you a couple of small extra pockets. Those who work in less-formal settings can go the cargo-pants route, or even wear one of those vests that looks like it would be more suited for fly fishing than the workplace.
Students are another group who need to figure out how they're going to organize and carry their tech stuff. My daughter stuffs her school laptop into a laptop sleeve and then shoves the whole thing into a string bag. At least she's moved on from the plastic grocery bag she had been using the carry that laptop!
