I don't need the Weather Channel to tell me that the pollen count is up. It's time to start stocking up on my Secret Weapons against allergies: Excedrin Sinus, Ricola cough drops, and plenty of tissues. When things get really bad, I like to head to the local Chinese restaurant for some egg-drop soup. It's true--chicken soup really does make you feel better.
There are four of us in the house with seasonal allergies, and each one uses a different kind of allergy medication. It gets confusing, and it feels like I'm always nagging everyone to remember to take their medicine. It only works if you remember to take it daily!
