My daughter just registered for high school and selected her first year's classes. slr-camera

There weren't too many selections to be made, naturally, since she has a good number of required courses to take.  But there was some flexibility, including the choice of what foreign language to study.  And there was room in her schedule for one elective.

The school has a lot of electives open to freshmen, but those same electives are also open to students in other grades, so she had to select a few classes instead of just one--in case her first choice was full.  The teacher who advised her on her schedule selection made all the electives sound great.  It turned out to be a good thing that she didn't get to pick just one, because I don't know if she'd have been able to do that.

Finally, she narrowed down three choices:  Film, Creative Writing, and her number-one choice:  Photography.  She loves taking pictures and has a good eye.  I hope she gets her first choice!
