My seven-year-old is a big fan of anything camouflage. I think he'd wallpaper his room in camo if we'd let him. 
I'm not sure what the big attraction is. It might be that he's trying to be like his older brother, the Boy Scout, or even like our teenage neighbor, who often hunts with his dad. Whatever the reason, he will dress in head-to-toe camo whenever he has the opportunity.
This Christmas, his wardrobe of camo clothes was expanded. In addition to the one long-sleeved green camo t-shirt he already had, he received a set of camouflage thermals and a pair of gray camo cargo pants. He was all set.
However, he has the strange idea that if it's camo, it automatically matches anything else that's camo. But there are a lot of different camo patterns out there, and they come in a lot of different colors. So the other day, when he came down the stairs wearing his green camo t-shirt and his gray camo cargo pants, I knew perfectly well that he wasn't going to be blending in anywhere.
