Jewelry billboards are not the only ones that pop up this time of year. Recently I passed one for something I didn't 
expect to see advertised on the side of the highway: plastic surgery. As a Christmas gift.
Exactly how would you wrap that?
And is the recipient of the gift the one who undergoes the surgery, or the one who gets to look at the patient?
I'm all for the "pamper yourself" kind of gifts. If a mani/pedi is something that she'd love to have, a gift certificate for that is a wonderful gift. A favorite cologne, extravagant body lotion, or premium spa product are great gift ideas.
But plastic surgery? To me, that ranks right up there with giving the Ab-Lounger.
