I don't know about you, but I hate it when my hands are cold. 
If the temperature dips below 50 degrees outside, I'm looking for my gloves. In the basement, we have a dresser that holds seasonal stuff like snow pants, scarves, hats and gloves. I've already raided the mitten drawer to find my microfleece gloves. They're nice and toasty, just right for those chilly early mornings when I don't want to touch a cold steering wheel. When it gets colder, I'll be reaching for the hand-knit mittens that my Granma made for me when I was a college student. Yes, I still have them--and they still keep my hands nice and warm.
I only wish there was a way to wear gloves in the house. I'm tempted, sometimes, to get some of those "arm warmer" things that my daughter got last year. I'd hijack hers, but they have these big skulls on the back of the hand, and that's really not the fashion statement I want to make!
