Around here, it's gone right from summer to winter. And up in the Great White North (northwestern New Jersey, that is), my parents, sister and brother all had snow! I'm wrapped up in a blanket as I write this, wishing I had a Snuggie.
October 20 is Miss American Rose Day! Unfortunately, I think that the few roses that were left in my flower bed have met an early end, with this cold weather. If we can't have any Miss American Roses, we'll have to settle for looking as good as Miss America!
