Color me blue and gold. I'm a shameless fan of Notre Dame football, 
so I've been waiting since last December for my chance to once again enjoy an Irish football game.
Tomorrow is the day! Kickoff is at 3:30 Eastern, and I intend to get all decked out in my Notre Dame sweatshirt and my game-day T-shirt, and generally be one of those obnoxious fans. My kids think it's funny that I sit there yelling at the TV. Just add "armchair coach" to my job description.
Fortunately for my family, I only watch Fighting Irish football. I don't follow the pro teams, and I don't watch other college games. So they put up with my fevered-fan behavior for 12 afternoons a year (13 if the Irish win a bowl bid.) And they know to stay out of my way for the rest of the day if my team loses. Go Irish!
