I just checked the long-range weather forecast for the Philadelphia area, 
and it's looking like this whole weekend will be perfect picnic weather: sunny and around 80 degrees. Fortunately, my husband just got plenty of propane so we he can spend the whole weekend grilling our dinner. Unfortunately, the grill will be in our backyard--not at the beach.
Before the weekend begins, I'll be stopping at the grocery store. London broil is on sale this week, and I've got a fabulous marinade recipe. You won't need any steak sauce if you marinate your steak with this. If you happen to have any leftovers, this steak makes great sandwiches.
Mexican Marinade for Steak
1 onion, sliced into rings
1 orange, sliced
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBL brown sugar
1 TBL lemon pepper
2 TBL Worcestershire sauce
1 TBL salt
Mix all ingredients and marinate steak at least 6 hours. Grill as usual.
