Okay, so I lied. My pants fit fine. Actually they're a little loose these days. Probably cause I've been eating fairly healthy and started exercising a few weeks ago. We have a great park nearby with a huge lake that's roughly 3 miles around. So I've started walking it twice a week with a friend. I'm definitely starting to feel the effects of it, not just physically but mentally too. Since I'm cooped up all day behind a computer with occasional breaks to refill the coffee, hit the bathroom (no thanks to the coffee), and to grab a sandwich for lunch, it's definitely a breath of fresh air to head out for an hour or so.
