I eat fish oil. I admit it. I have high cholesterol and do take Lipitor daily to keep that down. I should exercise a lot more than I do. Okay, I should actually start exercising. There, you happy? But I also take 2 gel caps of fish oil every single morning because research seems to show that certain omega-3s in fish oil can help reduce bad cholesterol. And yes, my wife makes me eat them. Oddly enough, even though they're gel caps I swallow, they STILL can leave a fishy aftertaste at times. Blech.
